Welcome to Ais Village Trail A place of discovery and learning of the early people of the Brevard County area.

“To create a park with a theme of nature and history that generations will enjoy.”

The Ais Village Trail project will provide a pristine community resource along the attractive Banana River area in Cape Cape Canaveral. The purpose will be to attract visitors and tourists while providing a relaxing park and resource to the local community. Our intent is to find investors, or buyers for this two parcel piece of property.

A mock Ais Village will be constructed that will be as authentic as possible. Writings such at Jonathan Dickinson give us a glimpse of what their houses and lifestyles were like and will be used in designing our mock Ais Village.

This beautiful wooded area is home to abundent biodiversity along with specimen trees and archeological resources rich with Pre-Columbian artifacts.

The proposed project is a viable alternative solution that offers the city sustainable economic growth with harmony towards the local residents and the natural surroundings. This plan offers an alternative where the woods, the wildlife, exhibits and attractions will be used to not only bring tourists to the local area but offer local residents a relaxing area where they can appreciate the harmony of nature.
